This tourist rental apartment in Barcelona is very homely, cozy and part of a group of new apartments situated in a classical building. Tastefully renovated, the apartment features clean elegant designs with wooden floors and high quality modern furniture that merge harmoniously with the vintage brick walls, vaulted Catalan ceilings and the original doors and windows which were meticulously restored. It’s composed of two sunny double bedrooms with two individual beds each, one with a window and the other with a balcony over the quiet courtyard.
The living-room is bright, has a balcony with courtyard views and is equipped with a large double sofa-bed and a big table and chairs.
The separated kitchen is equipped with vitro-ceramic, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and electric coffee maker. It also has a washing machine and an iron/ironing board. There is a complete bathroom with shower.

This is one of our apartments in Barcelona located 100 meters from the famous Sagrada Familia, in the heart of modernist Eixample. A few meters away is the Gaudí Avenue, a pedestrian promenade full of shops, restaurants and cafes with terrace that links Sagrada Familia with the impressive and modernist Hospital de San Pau.
The closest metro station is Sagrada Familia (Lines 2 and 5), two minutes walking from the apartment, it allows the visitor to reach city center in 12 minutes and the beaches in 20 minutes. There are also lots of different bus lines that go everywhere in Barcelona.
Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs 24, 60 EUR per day.
