Appartement calme et très bien situé en plein centre de Barcelone

The apartment is very central and modern, it is located in the heart of Barcelona in 2 minutes from Plaza Cataluña. There is an amazing terrace over viewing the city and a swimming pool on the rooftop (what a pity it was November). There is a concierge and the street is private, very safe and tranquil, also ´cause the building is new, you don´t hear any noise from the street, thought it is one of the busiest neighbourhoods of Barcelona. The flat was very clean, there are all the needed facilities and the girl who welcomed me was very friendly. My stay was too short and I would like to come back again.

Great location. Was ideal for our short trip and close to all main attractions. The host met us at the apartment and was readily available for any queries. Apartment was in good condition and access to rooftop pool was a plus.

We were met by one of the owners colleagues Cristina who met us in front of the building and took us up to the flat. She reviewed all the features of the apartment and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment is in an amazing and central location just minutes from Placa Catalunya's Metro and Bus stations; we took the AeroBus from the airport (~35 minutes) and then it was a five minute walk from the bus stop to the flat. It is also in the heart of Barri Gotic which is close to many of Barcelona's major tourist attractions within comfortable walking distance. There are several grocery stores nearby to make any purchases needed. The flat was clean and very comfortable and is set back from the major street so it is nice and quiet at night when it's time for bed. We had an excellent experience staying here and would recommend it to anyone wanting to be centrally located in Barcelona.
