Sagrada Familia Terrace

Great place to stay in Barcelona! :) Really appreciated the cleanliness, modern place and appliances (not so common in Barcelona stays with affordable prices). We loved using the terrace and easy access to the fridge and kitchen. Great location with metro and bike stations, and supermarkets nearby. You can see thentip of the Sagrada Familia from the terrace!

Check-in was fairly simple. The apartment was clean upon our arrival and the location was great for moving about the city. I would definitely stay there again.

Das Appartment liegt in einer schönen, belebten Gegend und ist dennoch ruhig, weil nach hinten gelegen. Die Sagrada Familia und die Metro sind in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Highlight ist die schöne und wirklich große Terasse. Der Kontakt war zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alloggio perfetto per una famiglia/gruppo numeroso, posizione ottima, in una zona tranquilla. Appartamento pulito, comodo, molto moderno. Inoltre ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio fortemente!!

The location of this was perfect. Very close to Sagarada Familia, Hop on / Hop Off buses and close to the metro. There were many restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The team was very helpful in providing a parking space for us to rent a car for 1 day. They responded quickly to any question we had.

Ideal apartment near the Sagarada Familia and close to the metro. Many small shops and restaurants in the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. Highly recommended for any extended stay with family.

We were in town with a group for Primavera Sound Festival and this worked out perfectly. Air Conditioning worked well for the summer heat, having the outside patio for breakfasts was nice and it did the job sleeping 7 of us.

The apartment was sparkling clean, modern, and well-appointed with high quality fixtures, fresh white linens, and beautiful decor. The two bathrooms are gorgeous. The back patio is peaceful and lovely for al fresco dining. It is amazingly close to Sagrada Familia - you can see it from the patio - and to walking streets, restaurants, and fresh boulangeries. You will want to just move in to this apartment and stay in Barcelona for life!

Fantastic apartment in Barcelona! Easy communication and directions, we were met at the apartment and given all the information we needed. Perfect location for central sights but also less-known but buzzing areas such as Gracia - great transport too. Lovely and clean, well-equipped kitchen and large (rare) outdoor space. We wish we could come again next week!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. It looked identical to the photos in the ad and was very neat and clean when we arrived. There were 4 of us staying in the apartment and there was plenty of room (there were 2 beds we did not use). We were met at the apartment when we arrived, no waiting at all. She showed us around the place and gave us some suggestions on where to go in town and marked them on the map she left for us. Really nice touch. On the second night we had a small issue with the air-conditioning (we couldn't turn it on) so I emailed the host. Within 15 minutes, the owners of the apartment were there to fix the problem. Absolutely lovely couple! Unfortunately they could not resolve the issue but first thing the next morning a repairman was there and he fixed it immediately. Terrific service!! The rooms can get a little warm while you are sleeping so you may need to leave the doors open... there are 2 air conditioning units in the apartment (hall and living room/kitchen) which work great. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. so if you want to cook, it's all there for you. There's also a dishwasher if you are too lazy to wash the dishes. I would definitely recommend this apartment. If we come back to Barcelona next year we will try to book here again.

Great location right by Sagrada familia and the metro making it easy to get around. Nice outdoor space to grab snacks and wine and sit in the sun! The place is nice and clean, a/c is great but you have to leave your bedroom doors open because they're outside the rooms!

El apartamento es fantástico y comodísimo y la zona muy agradable. Hemos estado estupendamente ocho personas el fin de semana.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 5 Leuten in dem Appartement und dafür hatte es die ideale Größe. Die Übergabe hat reibungslos geklappt und auch der dazu gebuchte Shuttle war an Ort uns Stelle. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, in der Küche war alles da und die Terrasse war super schön mit einem Blick auf die Spitzen der Sagrada. Die Metrostation war nicht weit weg und der nächste Bäcker/ Cafe´ und kleine Supermarkt sind direkt um die Ecke. Ein toller Aufenthalt :)

Superagradable! Ha sido como estar en nuestra propia casa. Un viaje muy especial en un lugar totalmente recomendable. Hemos estado mis hermanas, mi madre y yo con mi bebé para celebrar el 70 cumpleaños de nuestra madre. Decidimos juntarnos en Barcelona todas ya que 2 viven en Granada, una en Francia y otras en Madrid. Poder disponer de esa terraza ha sido una maravilla. Las habitaciones, el salón, cocina, baños perfectos. Todo superlimpio y bonito. Volveríamos con los ojos cerrados. El anfitrión muy agradable.

Great location, next to the Sagrada Familia and only a few streets from the Metro station. Eduardo made us feel very welcome, with information about what to do and see. The apartment was big enough to accommodate the 5 of us very comfortably. The terrace get a lot of sun during the day but gets cool in the evenings. I would recommend Ramon’s place to my friends visiting Barcelona. Thank you!

Nice and clean apartment, looks bigger on the fotos than it is though, but that was no problem for us. Their transfer from the airport cost 60 €, so if you fit in one single cab (4 persons) its cheaper to take a regular cab from the airport. But over all a good experience! :)

Upon arriving to Barcelona he apartment manager had arranged a taxi to drop us off at the apartment, which was a nice touch. The place was very clean and looked exactly as it does within the photos. I thought the apartment manager was very attentive and provided us with the reassurance you require. The location is good too, with a lot of Taxi driving by which made commuting very easy. Well recommended and I will definitely stay here again the next time I come back to Barcelona.

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, l'agent parlé français ce qui nous à facilité notre arrivée. Appartement très agréable et propre... Photos conformes au produit. Ascenseur accessible pour un fauteuil roulant manuel + une personne. Très bien desservi par les transports en communs, à 2 pas de la Sagrada Familia et de l'Hôpital San Pau. Quartier très agréable et vivant avec tous les commerces nécessaires à proximités.

Bellissimo appartamento, letti comodissimi, cucina funzionale, bagni di lusso ( idromassaggio sia nella vasca che nella doccia) con una posizione veramente strategica. Non del tutto adatto a un persona disabile: andito troppo stretto per una sedia a rotelle, doccia senza sedile, wc troppo basso, e impossibilità di usufruire della terrazza per via del grosso scalino presente. Inoltre la pulizia del bagno non era perfetta.

Все было превосходно, хорошее местоположение, чистые ухоженные комнаты, отличный внутренний дворик. В квартире было все что нужно для приготовления и комфортного проживания. Особенно хочу отметить внимание менеджеров и поблагодарить их за профессионализм, все мои вопросы и запросы решались в кротчайшее время. Спасибо.

Very good overall and the entire group were very satisfied with the apartment. One small remark regarding the cleaning fees and city taxes: they should be included/mentioned at booking time on booking.com, which was not the case when we booked.
