If you are looking for a luxury holiday rental in Barcelona, our Golden Central Muntaner apartments will be a perfect match for you. Spacious three bedroom flat is located in the modern Eixample district, which is close to the historical centre of the city, but at the same time it is very calm and quiet.

Luxury Barcelona apartments

The total area of the apartment is 90m2. The flat has three bedrooms: one master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom and two smaller rooms with two single beds in each. Also there is a spacious living room with balcony. The whole apartment is fully equipped, including air conditioning, satellite TV and wi-fi. Within walking distance there are supermarkets, restaurants and shopping malls to explore. It is also possible to rent a parking place in the same building, the cost will be 20€ per day.

What to see around?

The apartment is located in the city center with good public transport communications, so you can easily reach any point of Barcelona. But Eixample district, where the apartment is located, boasts a number of different attractions as well. You can find the most popular works of Antoni Gaudí exactly in this area: La Pedrera and Casa Batlló are to be found side by side on Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Familia not far away from there. Other architectural pearls can be found by walking along Gran Vía.

In addition, the area has many stylish restaurants and local bars famous for traditional cuisine. Give yourself a treat and have a gorgeous dinner in one of them.

How to get to the apartment?

The nearest metro stations are Universitat (L1 y L2) and Passeig de Gràcia (L4 y L2), that means that you can get around without a sweat.

If you prefer public transport, it´s better to take one of the buses (A1 or A2) from the airport to Placa Catalunya and from there you can easily walk by foot. It will take no more than 10 minutes.

You can also catch a taxi or use our transfer services. This will make your trip fast and comfortable. The prices are rather cheap, especially if you are traveling with a big group. Contact us for more information.

We were greeted at the gate and was very well welcomed by the host. Checkin was very smooth. There was a bit of confusion about the deposit but was rectified. Overall had a fantastic stay and will definitely want to stay again.

This is an extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment situated in a very central location. Although it is centrally located there is no problem with noise and the whole building is clean, quiet and pleasant. Shopping and restaurants are close at hand. The amount of crockery, and particularly, glasses needs to be increased as there is only just enough - and not quite enough in the case of glasses.

Globally very satisfied with the apartment. The main bedroom is located on the side of a heavy traffic street (carrer d'arago) so if you're sensitive to noise, take earplugs and it will be fine. Also, just make sure to call at 13h00 if you want to check in at 14h00. For the rest, it was perfect. Nice welcome, and the flat is very well located, with two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, and close to every famous sites of Barcelona. Enjoy.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Barcelone, le bon positionnement de l’appartement nous a permis de nombreuses visites, l’accès aux transports en commun est très facile. L’appartement est très propre mais un peu bruyant (Carrer Arago). Je tiens à remercier plus particulièrement Edouard pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité, sans lui, je n’aurais probablement pas retrouvé mon sac oublié dans un Aérobus. Merci encore Edouard

The apartment is really nice, 2 bath rooms, 1 kitchen with all utensils, and very advanced temperature controller in the living room which could control all the functional rooms; the location is also amazing, with many convenient stores, restaurants and super market, less than 5 mins walking to Casa Battlo and metro stations. Very good choice for family travelling. Price was far more expensive due to the world mobile congress that week, triple of normal price.

Eixample district is a heaven for those who are ready to explore Barcelona by getting lost in it.

It is one of the most modern areas of Barcelona, that was designed by the genius Catalan civil engineer Idefons Cerda in the 19th century.
