This cosy apartment is ideal for couples, although it can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has one living-room, kitchen in American style, a bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is double sofa-bed in the living-room.

For Gracia district are characteristic small and ancient houses combined with new constructed buildings. Gracia Maison is located in one of this old houses, in a single floor building, where obviously no need of elevator.

Apartment is provided with all the amenities, including central heating, air conditioning, TV, stereo, iron and ironing board. Kitchen is fully equipped. It has pots, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle.

The closest subway is Verdaguer (L4 and L5).

Gracia

This district is located at the top of Passeig de Gracia, and until the end of the 19th century, it was an independent city, which is why this district has a different mood than the districts that surround it.

It is a neighborhood where there is always something to discover with its narrow streets full of life where you can find a great gastronomic offer and bars.

Gracia is characterized as a bohemian neighborhood commonly chosen by artists and creators. It is also an area where you can find organic food stores, vegetarian restaurants, and responsible consumer products.

In this neighborhood, we can find the Casa Vicens of the architect Antoni Gaudi, the Plaça del Sol, and the Plaça de la Vila de Gràcia.
