Sant Pau Maragall is a brand new apartment perfect for holidays, located in El Guinardó district, ten minutes away from different metro stations (L4 Guinardó and Hospital de Sant Pau, L4 / L5 Maragall, L1 La Sagrera ), as well as the La Sagrera Renfe station; in addition, it’s really close to several bus lines only 20 minutes away from Barcelona's centre. In the flat area you will find all types of services for a perfect stay: restaurants, local shops and the Mercado del Guinardó, making it a perfect area to merge with the daily life of Barcelona and to stay like a local.

The apartment has capacity for 7 people; it has two bedrooms, one double and one with three single beds. The spacious living room has a sofa bed and TV. The kitchen is American style and has all the necessary appliances (oven, dishwasher, washing machine...).

Guinardó
