Villa Premià is a beautiful and very cozy house located close to the mountain in a very lovely Catalonian village in the province of Barcelona - Vilassar de Dalt. This house is an oasis of tranquillity. It offers a private garden and is in a 10-minute car ride away from the beach.

The house is fully-equipped and renovated, has a lot of natural light and fresh air coming from the sea and the nearby mountain.Villa Premia has a spacious living room, a kitchen and two bedrooms: one of them has double bed and the other has two single beds, which is why it can perfectly accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, and you can enjoy the private garden where you can relax and have your meals before enjoying a day at the beach or hiking up the mountain. There is a bathroom with shower.

You can get to the house from Barcelona in just 20 minutes, a ride from the airport will take around half an hour. The area is very reach on beautiful beaches to go to during the summer period.
