Urban Charming Gracia is one of our most appealing vacation apartments for rent in Gracia, with a great combination of modern and charming elements.

With its colours and modern furniture, this apartmentcan accommodate up to 4 people, which makes it ideal for couples and small groups. Also this is a perfect apartment to rent for business trips. The apartment has a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen (eith oven, microwave, toaster, kettle) and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a nice balcony where enjoy your breakfast before exploring the city. This apartment features include air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, flat TV screen and WiFi.

One of its main features is its location in the neighborhood of Villa de Gracia, part of the famous district of Gracia. It is only 15 minutes walking from to the main attractions of Barcelona, such as Park Guell, Casa Batlló and La Pedrera de Gaudí and and less than 5 minutes from the shopping streets of the neighbourhood; with few metro stations you can easy reach Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas or Plaza Catalunya. Even with such a privileged location, the Gracia district has managed to keep the essence of the village and still keeps itself away from crowds of tourist from other districts of Barcelona.

The closest metro stations are Joanic (L4) and Lesseps (L3).

Estere I stayed here for a couple of nights with my friend and we very much enjoyed the apartment! It is well located, many grocery shops and cafes nearby. The place has a nice little balcony, it’s air conditioned and has a comfy bed and couch that converts into a bed. I certainly recommend this apartment to other travelers who want to experience the best of Barcelona!

“Ramon has been a wonderful host. Our flight was delayed a few hours and we arrived way after midnight, but the check-in was not a problem. The location is absolutely amazing - lots of shops and cafes nearby, also close to attractions. The aa RT meant unselfish is very clean, spacious and convenient (for a couple). Will be looking forward to staying here next time I’m in Barcelona!”

Everything was great. It is a very nice and quite cosy appartment. Very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and soft ;). The area is great and well communicated. Its not the city center but close to a metro line and you get an authentic feeling of a real catalan neighbourhood. I would definately stay there again.

This place is beautiful! The decor is awesome and the location is so walkable. We enjoyed every second of staying in this flat. The only issue we found was the sound from the pharmacy entrance bell downstairs. But that was the only, tiniest complaint. Loved the balcony and the street!

I enjoyed the stay in this apartment very much. I stayed here for 7 weeks, but it's nicely located in Gracia, very hip and fashionable area (not that touristic). It has all necessary equipment even for weeks (plates, glasses, dishwasher...). Interior is very modern, and it has nice lighting to make you feel at home... If you intend to avoid the tourist crowds and experience local life, I'd recommend this apartment.

L´accueil est au parfait avec Anastasia et cet appartement est vraiment bien ..Pas loin du Parc Güell et de la Sagrada Familia et de Sant Pau aussi ...Compter 35 minutes pour le centre ! Les parkings sont onéreux autour !

The apartment Urban Charming Gracia is very comfortable – both very well equipped and high quality with a lot of space! The location is also very good (near the Metro station). I had a really nice time during my stay in the apartment and in Barcelona and I hope to come back again!

The apartment was of great standard – the cleanliness was perfect. The location was also amazing, 5 mins to metro and we loved the residential area. I would make a few recommendations, but I think maybe it's because i am a clean and tidy person: • We used the oven to cook, it would have been very useful if baking paper was provided so that the oven was protected and didn't need to be cleaned. • An extra tea towel would have been helpful • A complimentary tea/coffee/milk stand would be fantastic. I understand this would be an added expensive to the company but we arrived late and all we wanted was a coffee! I think guests would really appreciate this. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will recommend your apartments to friends. Thank you very much

My 3 friends and I enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The man who gave us the key was friendly and helpful. The apartment despite its 40 m2, was quite spacious for four girls and the sleeping couch was comfortable. The area is nice and after a little walk there are 2 different metros which is good in this quite big city. We had a nice time and would recommend it further :))
