Urban Charming Gracia es uno de nuestros apartamentos turísticos en Gracia más interesante, con una combinación genial de elementos modernos y  encantadores.

Con sus colores y sus muebles modernos, este apartamento de alquiler puede alojar hasta 4 personas, lo que lo hace ideal para familias y pequeños grupos. También es fantástico para viajes de negocios debido a su ubicación. El apartamento tiene un salón comedor con cocina totalmente equipada (con horno, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua) y sofá-cama para dos personas; un dormitorio con cama doble; un cuarto de baño con ducha y un balcón donde desayunar antes de empezar el descubrimiento de la ciudad. Este apartamento incorpora en su equipamiento aire acondicionado, lavadora, secadora, TV panorámica y WiFi.

Una de sus principales características es su ubicación ya que se encuentra en el barrio de la Villa de Gracia, perteneciente al famoso distrito de Gracia. Está a 15 minutos andando de algunas de las principales atracciones de Barcelona como son el Parc Güell, la Casa Batlló y La Pedrera de Gaudí y a menos de 5 minutos de las calles más comerciales del barrio; con pocas paradas de metros puedes llegar a  La Sagrada Familia,  Las Ramblas o Plaza Catalunya. Aun teniendo una ubicación tan privilegiada, el distrito de Gracia ha conseguido mantener su esencia de pueblo y todavía se mantiene lejos de las aglomeraciones turísticas propias de otros distritos de Barcelona.

Las estaciones de metro más cercanas son Joanic (L4) y Lesseps (L3).

Estere I stayed here for a couple of nights with my friend and we very much enjoyed the apartment! It is well located, many grocery shops and cafes nearby. The place has a nice little balcony, it’s air conditioned and has a comfy bed and couch that converts into a bed. I certainly recommend this apartment to other travelers who want to experience the best of Barcelona!

“Ramon has been a wonderful host. Our flight was delayed a few hours and we arrived way after midnight, but the check-in was not a problem. The location is absolutely amazing - lots of shops and cafes nearby, also close to attractions. The aa RT meant unselfish is very clean, spacious and convenient (for a couple). Will be looking forward to staying here next time I’m in Barcelona!”

Everything was great. It is a very nice and quite cosy appartment. Very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and soft ;). The area is great and well communicated. Its not the city center but close to a metro line and you get an authentic feeling of a real catalan neighbourhood. I would definately stay there again.

This place is beautiful! The decor is awesome and the location is so walkable. We enjoyed every second of staying in this flat. The only issue we found was the sound from the pharmacy entrance bell downstairs. But that was the only, tiniest complaint. Loved the balcony and the street!

I enjoyed the stay in this apartment very much. I stayed here for 7 weeks, but it's nicely located in Gracia, very hip and fashionable area (not that touristic). It has all necessary equipment even for weeks (plates, glasses, dishwasher...). Interior is very modern, and it has nice lighting to make you feel at home... If you intend to avoid the tourist crowds and experience local life, I'd recommend this apartment.

L´accueil est au parfait avec Anastasia et cet appartement est vraiment bien ..Pas loin du Parc Güell et de la Sagrada Familia et de Sant Pau aussi ...Compter 35 minutes pour le centre ! Les parkings sont onéreux autour !

The apartment Urban Charming Gracia is very comfortable – both very well equipped and high quality with a lot of space! The location is also very good (near the Metro station). I had a really nice time during my stay in the apartment and in Barcelona and I hope to come back again!

Very clean and modern apartment in the awesome Gracia neighbourhood. Short walking distance to many bars, cafes and restaurants. The hosts were great with communication and checking in and out were smooth experiences.

The apartment was of great standard – the cleanliness was perfect. The location was also amazing, 5 mins to metro and we loved the residential area. I would make a few recommendations, but I think maybe it's because i am a clean and tidy person: • We used the oven to cook, it would have been very useful if baking paper was provided so that the oven was protected and didn't need to be cleaned. • An extra tea towel would have been helpful • A complimentary tea/coffee/milk stand would be fantastic. I understand this would be an added expensive to the company but we arrived late and all we wanted was a coffee! I think guests would really appreciate this. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will recommend your apartments to friends. Thank you very much

My 3 friends and I enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The man who gave us the key was friendly and helpful. The apartment despite its 40 m2, was quite spacious for four girls and the sleeping couch was comfortable. The area is nice and after a little walk there are 2 different metros which is good in this quite big city. We had a nice time and would recommend it further :))

Este barrio está ubicado en la parte superior del Passeig de Gracia, hasta finales del siglo XIX, era una ciudad independiente, por lo que tiene un ambiente diferente al de los barrios que lo rodean.

Es un barrio donde siempre hay algo que descubrir con sus estrechas calles llenas de vida donde se puede encontrar una gran oferta gastronómica y bares. Gracia se caracteriza por ser un barrio bohemio comúnmente elegido por artistas y creadores.

También es un área donde puede encontrar tiendas de alimentos orgánicos, restaurantes vegetarianos y productos de consumo responsable. En este barrio podemos encontrar la Casa Vicens del arquitecto Antoni Gaudí, la Plaza del Sol y la Plaza de la Vila de Gràcia.
